Beach 369 is managed by Holger, a long-time Koh Samui resident with deep local knowledge and a warm approach to hospitality. Our team is not on-site around the clock, but arrives every morning to prepare breakfast and take care of housekeeping, and remains on call throughout the day for anything you need—restaurant recommendations, private chef bookings, transfers or island excursions.

Beach 369 sits on the beachfront in Taling Ngam, close to Lipa Noi on Koh Samui's quiet west coast. The garden opens directly onto the sand, with sea views from the villa.

The villa welcomes up to 12 guests across six king-size bedrooms. Its generous indoor and outdoor spaces make it a natural setting for families and friends travelling together.

Alongside direct beach access and a private pool, the villa offers a beachfront gym, Jacuzzi, an eggshell bathtub and a barbecue. A sound system, private parking, in-room safeboxes and wardrobes are also provided.

Daily breakfast and housekeeping are included. Holger manages the villa, with the team visiting each morning and remaining on call throughout the day rather than staying on site around the clock. A private chef, airport transfers, shuttle service, vehicle rental, laundry, massage and yoga, and day trips can be arranged at an additional cost.
