Family stays, the way they should feel
Travelling with kids, grandparents, or both at once asks more of a villa than a couple's retreat does. You need bedrooms that work for everyone, a pool you trust, a kitchen that keeps up with three meals a day, and somewhere quiet enough that nobody wakes the baby. Every villa in this collection has been personally inspected by Tim, sleeps at least six guests, and comes with the kind of in-villa staff that turns a holiday into a real break.

Questions families ask us most
Pool fencing isn't standard in Thailand, but several villas in this collection offer fenced pools, gated entrances or shallow children's sections. Tell us your children's ages and we'll shortlist the ones that fit.
Yes. Cribs, high chairs, baby monitors, bath seats and stroller rental can be arranged before arrival in most villas. Just mention what you need in your inquiry.
Every villa in this collection includes a villa manager and daily housekeeping. Most also include or offer a private chef on request — useful for breakfasts on your own schedule and quiet kid-friendly dinners at the villa.
For two families with children, look at our 4–6 bedroom villas. They give each family its own wing and a shared living/pool area. We're happy to suggest layouts that work for your specific group.
Bophut, Maenam, Choeng Mon and Lipa Noi are the calmest, most family-suitable areas. Calm Gulf-side water, walkable village centres, and a quieter atmosphere than Chaweng or Lamai.
Both. We've hosted families with newborns through to multi-generational groups with teenagers and grandparents. Tell us the ages and we'll match villa, area and services accordingly.
